Diem said: Sell me the fruits that Monkey Kaka likes the most

One sunny afternoon, Diem and her mom decided to visit the local market. Diem was on a mission — she wanted to buy Monkey Kaka’s favorite fruits as a surprise treat. As they wandered through the bustling stalls, the sweet and tangy scent of ripe fruits filled the air.

Diem’s eyes sparkled with excitement as she spotted a colorful fruit stand piled high with all sorts of juicy delights. She hurried over, dragging her mom by the hand. The vendor, an elderly woman with a warm smile, greeted them cheerfully.

“What can I get for you, little one?” the vendor asked kindly.

Diem took a deep breath, remembering her plan. With a confident smile, she said, “Sell me the fruits that Monkey Kaka likes the most!”

The vendor chuckled, clearly amused by Diem’s determination. “Oh, is that so? And what kind of fruits does Monkey Kaka like?”

Diem paused, tapping her chin thoughtfully. “He loves bananas the most!” she announced proudly. “And… um… he also likes apples and maybe some grapes too!”

Her mom smiled, gently reminding her, “Don’t forget about the mangoes! He enjoyed those last time.”

Nodding eagerly, Diem pointed to a bunch of ripe yellow bananas and a basket of shiny red apples. The vendor picked out the best ones and added a small cluster of grapes for good measure. She also selected a plump, fragrant mango and placed it in a little paper bag.

Diem couldn’t contain her excitement. She hugged the bag of fruits tightly, already imagining how happy Kaka would be when he saw his favorite treats. After paying the vendor, she thanked her with a big smile and hurried back to the car with her mom.

When they finally reached home, Diem rushed to find Monkey Kaka, who was lounging on the porch. She held out the bag and said proudly, “Look, Kaka! I got your favorite fruits!”

Kaka’s eyes lit up as he grabbed a banana, peeling it with his tiny hands. As he munched happily, Diem couldn’t help but giggle. Seeing Kaka enjoy his special treat made all the effort worthwhile. It was a small, sweet moment that filled Diem’s heart with pure joy.
