Rainy Day Madness! Cubis Tries to Sneak to the Market, Dad Saves the Day! šŸŒ§ļø

The rain started early that morning, tapping loudly on the roof and turning the yard into a muddy playground. While everyone else stayed indoors, Cubis had other plans. The market was open today, and in Cubis’s curious mind, rain was no reason to miss an adventure. Peeking through the doorway, he watched the road shimmer with puddles and imagined colorful stalls, fresh fruit, and friendly vendors waiting just for him.

Quietly, Cubis grabbed a small basket and tiptoed toward the gate. His feet splashed softly in the water as he slipped out, feeling proud of his daring escape. The rain soaked his fur, but that only made him giggle. Each step felt like a victory as he moved closer to the road, unaware of the danger around him—slippery paths, passing vehicles, and the cold rain growing heavier by the minute.

Back inside, Dad noticed something was wrong. The house felt too quiet. A quick glance outside made his heart race. There, through the curtain of rain, was Cubis, heading straight toward the road. Without hesitation, Dad grabbed an umbrella and ran out into the storm, calling Cubis’s name.

Cubis froze when he heard the familiar voice. Turning around, he saw Dad rushing toward him, rain splashing everywhere. Before Cubis could react, Dad scooped him up into his arms, holding him tightly against his chest. Cubis clung on, suddenly realizing how cold and scared he felt.

Dad didn’t shout. Instead, he wrapped the umbrella around them and gently spoke about how worried everyone had been, explaining that the market could wait but safety could not. Cubis lowered his head, feeling a mix of embarrassment and relief. He hadn’t meant to cause trouble—he just wanted a little adventure.

Back home, Dad dried Cubis with a warm towel and made hot tea for everyone. Outside, the rain continued to pour, but inside, the house felt safe and calm again. Cubis sat quietly beside Dad, holding his hand, grateful that his small act of rebellion hadn’t turned into something worse.

That rainy day became a lesson Cubis would never forget: curiosity is wonderful, but listening and staying safe matter even more. And no matter the weather, Dad would always be there to save the day. 🌈
