Monkey Lyly is COLD because her mother ACCIDENTALLY covered her with all the blankets.

It was a chilly morning at home, and the air was crisp enough to make everyone want to stay wrapped up and cozy. Mama Monkey had just finished tidying the room when she noticed the pile of soft blankets scattered on the bed. Wanting to make things neat and warm, she gathered them all and spread them evenly—at least, that’s what she thought! But little Lyly, curled up quietly at the edge of the bed, was hidden under a small corner of the pile, almost invisible beneath the layers.

Mama, humming happily, didn’t realize she had tucked every single blanket on her side, leaving poor Lyly uncovered. Moments later, Lyly peeked out from under her tiny sheet, shivering slightly. Her big round eyes blinked as she rubbed her tiny hands together, looking confused. She scooted closer to Mama’s side, trying to steal a bit of warmth, but each time she moved, the blankets slipped further away.

Finally, Lyly let out a soft squeaky cry, the kind that said, “Mom, I’m freezing!” Mama turned around in surprise. “Oh no! Lyly, where’s your blanket?” she gasped. Lifting the pile beside her, she realized the mistake—she had accidentally stolen them all!

Lyly puffed her cheeks in mock anger, her tiny face full of adorable frustration. Mama quickly gathered her little one into her arms, wrapping her up in a warm blanket cocoon. “I’m so sorry, sweetheart!” she cooed, planting gentle kisses on Lyly’s cold nose.

As the warmth returned, Lyly snuggled closer, finally content. But before long, her playful side returned—she reached out with her little hands, tugging at Mama’s blanket with a cheeky grin, as if to say, “My turn now!”

Soon, the two were wrapped up together in one big, cozy pile, sharing giggles and cuddles. The room filled with warmth again—not just from the blankets, but from the love between mother and child. It was a sweet reminder that even the coldest moments can turn into the warmest memories when love is shared.
