Lala was surprised by Dad’s gift of a new fancy chair!

Lala had always been full of energy, bouncing from one corner of the house to the other. She loved playing, drawing, and snacking while sitting in her old little chair. But that chair had seen better days—its legs wobbled, the paint was chipped, and one armrest was nearly broken. Still, Lala never complained; to her, it was simply her chair.

Dad, however, had noticed. He watched her sit carefully so the chair wouldn’t topple, and he knew it was time for something new. For days, he secretly prepared a surprise, choosing a special chair just for her—a fancy one, bright and comfortable, fit for his little princess.

The big day came. Lala wandered into the living room, her eyes widening as she saw something shiny wrapped in ribbons. “What’s this?” she asked curiously, her voice filled with excitement. Dad smiled warmly and said, “It’s a gift for you, sweetheart. Go ahead and open it.”

With eager little hands, Lala pulled at the ribbons and peeled away the wrapping. Her eyes lit up in pure delight—a beautiful new chair stood before her. It was colorful, sturdy, and decorated with patterns she loved. She gasped, her mouth forming a perfect “O” of surprise. “For me, Daddy? Really?”

Dad nodded, lifting her onto the chair. “Yes, it’s yours. Now you can sit, eat, and play comfortably.” Lala giggled as she wiggled in the soft seat, running her hands over the smooth armrests. She leaned back with pride, her tiny feet dangling but her heart bursting with joy.

“Thank you, Daddy! It’s so fancy!” she exclaimed, clapping her hands. Her eyes shone brighter than ever as she hugged him tightly.

From that moment on, the new chair became Lala’s favorite spot—whether she was drawing pictures, eating snacks, or simply daydreaming. But more than the gift itself, what made her happiest was knowing it came from her dad’s love, making her feel special and cherished in the simplest, sweetest way.
