OMG… Monkey Lyly Secretly Went to Buy Snacks but Couldn’t Go Home and the Truth Behind It

One lazy afternoon, Monkey Lyly was lying around feeling bored. Her mother had gone out to run some errands, leaving her alone at home. As Lyly’s stomach rumbled, she craved something sweet and crunchy. She remembered the little snack shop around the corner where her favorite banana chips were sold.

Feeling adventurous, Lyly decided to sneak out and get some snacks. “I’ll be quick! Mom won’t even notice I was gone,” she giggled to herself, already imagining the tasty treat.

With a bit of money tucked in her little pouch, Lyly dashed out the door, making sure no one saw her. She hopped along the path, her eyes gleaming with excitement. When she reached the shop, she wasted no time and bought a big pack of banana chips and some fruity candies.

Mission accomplished, she started her journey back home, humming happily. But as she turned the corner near her house, something unexpected happened. A group of stray dogs was lounging around right in front of her door. They were big, rowdy, and barking at one another. Lyly froze, her eyes wide with fear.

“Oh no! How am I supposed to get past them?” she whispered, clutching her snack bag tightly.

Lyly tried waiting for a while, hoping the dogs would leave. But they seemed quite comfortable and showed no signs of moving. She started feeling worried and lost. She couldn’t go home, and her mother would be back any minute!

Just when she was about to cry, she heard a familiar voice. “Lyly! Where have you been?”

It was her mother, who had just returned. Lyly ran to her with tears in her eyes. “Mom! I just wanted to buy some snacks, but the dogs wouldn’t let me go home.”

Her mother sighed with relief, hugging her tight. “Lyly, you should have waited for me. Going out alone can be dangerous.”

Lyly nodded, ashamed but glad her mother was there to save her. “I’m sorry, Mom. I won’t sneak out again.”

From that day on, Lyly made sure to never wander off alone and always wait for her mom’s permission.
