Chooch snores like a middle aged man 🤣

Chooch may be small in size, but when it comes to sleeping, he could rival any middle-aged man on the couch after Thanksgiving dinner. The moment he drifts off, it’s not quiet little breaths or peaceful silence—it’s full-on, rumbling snores that shake the room and make everyone burst out laughing.

It usually starts with him curling into his favorite spot, blanket tucked around him just right. His eyes slowly close, his paws twitch once or twice, and then it begins. At first, it’s a soft little whistle, almost cute. But within minutes, it grows louder, until you’d swear there was a grown man stretched out on the sofa instead of one little pup.

The funniest part is how unbothered Chooch is by the noise he creates. While everyone else is trying to watch TV, talk on the phone, or even sneak in their own nap, Chooch snores away without a care in the world. Sometimes he snores so hard that he wakes himself up, lifts his head in confusion, then immediately falls back asleep and starts the whole cycle again.

CiCi, of course, isn’t impressed. She often stares at him with a mix of annoyance and disbelief, as if saying, “Really, Chooch? Do you have to?” Sometimes she’ll even nudge him with her nose or paw at him gently, trying to roll him over just like a frustrated partner in bed. But no matter what, the snores always return—deep, raspy, and absolutely hilarious.

Despite the noise, nobody would ever trade it for silence. His snores have become a part of the household soundtrack, a nightly reminder that Chooch feels safe, loved, and completely at home. And honestly, there’s something heartwarming about it. He snores like a middle-aged man, sure—but he also snores like family.
