“Mom, will I ever be able to stand up again?”

Lying on a soft blanket in the corner of the room, little Lala looked up at her mother with eyes full of worry. Her tiny legs were weak, trembling every time she tried to stand. Days earlier, she had taken a bad fall while playing too close to the edge of a high rock. Since then, she hadn’t been able to walk like before.

Her mother sat beside her, gently stroking her fur, her heart aching. She knew how active and playful Lala had always been. Seeing her like this—scared, unsure—was almost too much to bear.

“Mom,” Lala whispered, her voice soft and trembling, “will I ever be able to stand up again?”

Her mother blinked back tears and smiled warmly, trying to be strong. “Yes, my love,” she said, cupping Lala’s cheek. “It may take some time, and it might feel hard, but I believe in you. We’ll work together, little by little.”

Lala nodded slowly, drawing strength from her mother’s voice. Every day after that, her mom helped her exercise gently, encouraging her with hugs and happy songs. Some days were harder than others—Lala would cry from frustration, and sometimes she didn’t want to try at all. But her mother never gave up on her.

One morning, as the sun streamed through the window, Lala pushed herself up with shaky arms. Her legs quivered… and then, for the first time in weeks, she stood—wobbly, but standing.

“MOM! I’m standing! I’m really standing!” she cried out.

Her mother rushed over, eyes wide with joy. “You did it, Lala! I knew you could!”

They hugged tightly, both of them laughing and crying. That moment became one they’d always remember—not just because Lala stood again, but because love, patience, and hope helped her rise.

And from that day forward, whenever Lala felt unsure, she remembered that even the hardest moments could be overcome—with a little courage and a lot of love.
