Cubis Monkey Was Very Sad to See Aunt Sick! šŸ’šŸ’”šŸ˜¢

Cubis is usually the happiest little monkey in the house—always bouncing around, climbing furniture, and making everyone laugh with his silly faces and curious ways. But today… today was different. The moment he saw Aunt lying down quietly, wrapped in a blanket and too weak to smile at him, his whole mood changed.

At first, Cubis didn’t understand what was wrong. He walked over to her bed slowly, tilting his head and making his soft little monkey noises. Aunt usually greeted him with open arms, but this time, she barely moved. Her eyes were tired, and her voice was just a whisper. ā€œHi, Cubisā€¦ā€

That’s when it hit him—something was not right. Cubis climbed gently onto the bed, curled up near her shoulder, and just stayed there. No jumping, no playing. Just silence. His eyes were filled with worry as he placed one tiny hand on Aunt’s arm, as if to say, “I’m here. Get better soon.”

Throughout the day, Cubis refused to leave her side. He brought her little things from around the room—his favorite toy, a piece of banana (half-eaten, of course), and even one of her slippers. He didn’t understand medicine or illness, but he knew that love and comfort were powerful, and that’s what he offered.

Aunt smiled weakly and stroked his head. ā€œThank you, babyā€¦ā€ she whispered. And even though Cubis didn’t smile back, you could feel the love between them like a warm blanket in the room.

By evening, Aunt was able to sit up a little, and Cubis perked up too. He clapped his hands and gently kissed her cheek, relieved to see even a tiny bit of improvement.

Cubis may be small, but his heart is huge. He knew something was wrong—and in his own sweet monkey way, he showed up with love, loyalty, and a silent promise: “I’ll stay with you ā€˜til you feel better.” šŸ’›šŸ’šŸ›ļø
