Lala Helps Mom Harvest Vegetables to Feed Mom’s Cooking!

It was a sunny morning on the little family farm, and Lala the curious monkey was already wide awake, swinging from tree to tree, full of energy. But today wasn’t a day for mischief—today, she had an important job.

“Lala,” Mom called gently from the garden, wearing her straw hat and holding a basket, “come help me pick some vegetables!”

Lala’s eyes lit up. She loved when Mom included her in tasks—it made her feel like such a big helper. Without hesitation, she scampered down and ran over to the garden, ready for duty.

Together, they moved from row to row. Mom pointed out the ripe tomatoes, glistening red and ready to be picked. Lala reached out carefully and plucked them one by one, placing them gently in the basket. She even wiped a few on her fur, just to make sure they were extra clean.

Next came the cucumbers, green and crunchy. Lala wiggled with excitement every time she found a big one hiding under the leaves. “Good job, Lala!” Mom cheered, making Lala clap her hands proudly.

Then came the carrots, buried in the soil. At first, Lala struggled, pulling and slipping in the dirt. But with a little guidance and a lot of determination, she yanked out a huge carrot and held it up like a trophy. “Eee-eee!” she squealed with joy.

By the time the basket was full, Lala was covered in dirt but smiling ear to ear. Back in the kitchen, she watched closely as Mom began cooking. The sizzle of the pan, the delicious smells, the careful chopping—it was magical to her.

Lala even handed Mom the veggies one by one, making sure she got credit for each.

That evening, the family enjoyed a warm meal full of love—and Lala’s hard work. She sat proudly at the table, licking her fingers and glancing at the empty plates.

From the garden to the table, Lala had helped every step of the way. And Mom? She couldn’t be more proud of her little helper. 🐒🥕🍅❤️
