It was a quiet morning when a faint sound caught my attention—soft cries coming from beneath a pile of discarded wood near the alley. Curious and concerned, I followed the noise and discovered something heartbreaking: three tiny kittens trapped under a broken wooden pallet, their fragile bodies barely able to move, eyes wide with fear. They were covered in dirt, trembling from hunger and fear. Their mother was nowhere to be found.

Without hesitation, I rushed to clear the debris, piece by piece, careful not to injure the kittens. It took time and patience, but finally, I lifted the last board and gently reached for them. My heart broke seeing how close they had come to losing their lives.

I wrapped them in a warm blanket and hurried to the nearest vet. The team there worked quickly—cleaning them, giving fluids, treating the wounded paw, and feeding them their first proper meal in days. Slowly but surely, their energy returned. Their little tails began to flick, their eyes lit up with curiosity, and soft purrs filled the room.
