Lala was surprised and happy when grandma came to visit and take care of her!

From the moment Lala opened her sleepy little eyes that morning, she sensed something special in the air. The house felt different—warmer, softer, almost sparkling. She stretched her tiny arms, rubbed her face, and looked around curiously. Then she heard it: the gentle rustle of a familiar bag, the soft humming of a voice she loved dearly.

Before she could even climb out of her blankets, the door opened, and there she was—Grandma.

Lala froze for just a moment, her mouth wide open in disbelief. Then joy burst out of her like sunshine. She squealed, hopped up, and ran straight into Grandma’s arms, her tail—or in Lala’s case, her whole body—wiggling with excitement. Grandma laughed and hugged her tight, pressing a kiss onto her fluffy cheek.

“I came to take care of my little sweetheart,” Grandma said, brushing a stray hair from Lala’s forehead.

It didn’t take long for Lala to show just how thrilled she was. She dragged Grandma around the house, proudly presenting all her favorite spots—her cozy blanket corner, her snack drawer, the window she liked to watch birds from. Grandma listened with full attention, nodding and smiling as if everything Lala shared was the most important thing in the world.

When it was snack time, Grandma made Lala’s favorite treat, cutting fruit into tiny shapes that made Lala giggle. Later, the two curled up together on the soft couch as Grandma told her stories. Lala didn’t just listen—she melted into those familiar, comforting arms that made her feel safe in a way nothing else could.

As the day went on, Grandma brushed Lala’s fur, helped her tidy her toys, and even warmed her little jacket before they went outside for a short walk. Every simple act felt special. Lala wasn’t just happy—she was glowing with love.

That night, as Grandma tucked her in, Lala whispered a tiny, sleepy “Thank you.” Her heart was full.

Nothing made her happier than knowing Grandma came all that way just to care for her.
