First and foremost I want to thank the person who’s watched Chooch his entire life @Ally. Her house was Chooch’s second home and she was by his side the whole time. I wasn’t sure if I’d ever share these videos because it’s so…

First and foremost, my heart is full of gratitude for Ally. From the beginning, she was more than just a friend—she was family to Chooch. Her home became his second home, a safe place where he was loved, spoiled, and cared for as if he were her own. Through every stage of his life, she was there, walking beside him with patience, kindness, and unwavering loyalty. That’s something I’ll never be able to thank her enough for.

When I look back now, the memories are overwhelming. Chooch was more than a pet; he was my companion, my comfort, and my joy. But the truth is, he lived a life that was bigger than just mine. He had a whole world of people who loved him—most especially Ally, who gave him so much of her time, her home, and her heart.

I wasn’t sure if I would ever share these videos. They’re personal, emotional, and sometimes too raw to watch without tears. But they also capture the essence of who Chooch was: playful, goofy, gentle, and so full of life. Sharing them feels like letting others carry a little piece of him too, and maybe, in some way, keeping his light alive.

Chooch’s story is not just mine—it’s ours. It’s Ally’s, it’s the family’s, it’s everyone who ever smiled because of him. That’s the beautiful thing about love: it doesn’t stay contained. It spreads, it lingers, and it touches everyone around it.

So thank you, Ally, for being there every single step of the way. Thank you for loving him like your own. And thank you to everyone who keeps his memory alive. These videos may bring tears, but they also bring comfort—because they remind me of a life so deeply loved and a bond that will never fade.
