Are You Okay! Monkey Lyly Excitedly Pulled a Funny and Sad Ending When She Arrived…

It was a bright morning when Monkey Lyly received the news that her best friend, Cubis, wasn’t feeling well. Without a second thought, she packed a small basket of fruits, tied her favorite pink scarf, and dashed out the door. “Don’t worry, Cubis! Lyly is coming!” she shouted, hopping joyfully from one branch to another.

Along the way, Lyly couldn’t hide her excitement. She imagined Cubis smiling and thanking her for being such a caring friend. She even practiced a funny dance to make him laugh when she arrived. The forest echoed with her cheerful giggles as she hurried down the path.

But when she finally reached Cubis’s home, she burst through the door shouting, “Are you okay?!”—only to find him lying on the bed, pale and weak. Her excitement froze. The basket slipped from her hands, and the fruits rolled across the floor. Tears welled in her eyes. “Oh no… Cubis…” she whispered, rushing to his side.

Cubis opened one eye slowly and groaned dramatically, “Lyly… I think I might not make it…” Lyly panicked, fanning him with her scarf and offering him bananas and apples at once. She was about to cry when Cubis suddenly sat up and said with a cheeky grin, “Just kidding!”

Lyly froze, eyes wide. For a second, there was silence—then she puffed up her cheeks in mock anger. “Cubis! That wasn’t funny!” she yelled, but her voice cracked between laughter and relief. She hit him lightly with her scarf, both of them laughing until their stomachs hurt.

As the laughter faded, Lyly looked at him warmly. “You really scared me… I thought I’d lost you.” Cubis smiled softly. “Sorry, Lyly. But seeing you here makes me feel better already.”

That day ended with both laughter and tears—a funny and sad ending that showed just how deep their friendship ran. No matter what, Lyly would always come running when her friends needed her… even if it turned out to be a silly prank.
