It was a warm and peaceful evening when little Cubis the monkey excitedly grabbed his tiny backpack. Tonight was special—Dad had promised a night trip to the park! As the sun dipped below the horizon, Cubis clung to Dad’s hand, his eyes wide with curiosity and excitement.
The park looked completely different at night. Soft lights glowed along the walking path, and the air was filled with the sounds of chirping crickets and rustling leaves. Cubis squealed with delight when he saw the fountain shimmering under the moonlight. “Wow, Dad! It’s so magical at night!” he said, jumping up and down.
They strolled under trees lit by fairy lights, and Cubis couldn’t stop looking around. Every shadow, every sound felt like an adventure. Dad bought him a small glowing balloon from a street vendor, and Cubis held it like a treasure as they explored.
Soon, they reached the playground. Though fewer kids were around, Cubis still raced to the swings, his laughter echoing through the quiet night. Dad gently pushed him, and together they looked up at the stars. “Do you see that big one?” Dad asked, pointing. “That’s your lucky star, Cubis.” The little monkey smiled, feeling happy and safe.
After playing, they sat on a bench near the pond, sharing a small snack. Fireflies danced around them, and Cubis leaned his head on Dad’s shoulder, his energy slowly winding down. “This is the best night ever,” he whispered.
As they walked back home, Cubis held Dad’s hand tightly, the glowing balloon bobbing behind him. His heart was full of memories—the soft light, the cool breeze, the fun and laughter, and most of all, the time spent with Dad.
It wasn’t just a trip to the park—it was a night full of wonder, love, and bonding. And Cubis knew he’d remember this magical adventure for a long, long time.
