Lala worriedly takes care of tired Mom!

Lala, the sweet little monkey, always loved being close to her mom. Every morning, she would wake up full of energy, ready to play, explore, and make silly faces. But today felt different. Mom looked exhausted. Her eyelids drooped, her steps were slow, and even her smile seemed a little faint. Lala tilted her head in confusion. Why wasn’t Mom laughing and dancing like usual?

Mom gently patted Lala’s head and whispered, “Mommy is just a little tired today.” But Lala, with her tiny heart full of love, couldn’t help but worry. She watched every movement closely—when Mom sat down with a sigh, when she stretched her back, when she rubbed her eyes. Lala decided she needed to help. She couldn’t let her mom feel tired all day!

First, she brought Mom her favorite banana—well, one small bite was missing because Lala had tested it to make sure it was delicious. Mom laughed softly and thanked her, taking a grateful bite.

Then Lala rushed to grab a small blanket and wrapped it clumsily around Mom’s shoulders. “Rest, Mama!” she chirped, trying to copy the gentle tone Mom always used. She even attempted to fan her with a big leaf, though she quickly got distracted and fanned herself too—but the thought counted!

When Mom closed her eyes for a moment, Lala tiptoed around, picking up toys scattered on the floor. She wanted the house to look perfect so Mom didn’t have to worry. She worked hard, even though some toys ended up in funny places—like the banana toy inside a shoe and the building blocks stacked on a pillow.

Finally, Lala curled up beside her mom, hugging her tightly. She stroked Mom’s arm with her tiny hands, giving the softest little kisses on her cheek. Mom’s tiredness slowly melted away, replaced by warmth and comfort.

Mom wrapped her arms around her caring little girl and whispered, “You are my greatest strength, Lala.”

And Lala smiled proudly. Taking care of Mom was the most important mission she ever had.
