Lala has a problem with bloating when eating too much fruit!

Sweet little Lala has always been known for her love of fruit. Whether it’s juicy watermelon, crisp apples, or ripe bananas, she can never resist the bright colors and sweet flavors. Whenever a fruit bowl appears, Lala is the first one there, nibbling happily as though it’s the best feast in the world. Her excitement is adorable, but lately, it has come with a small problem—bloating.

At first, no one noticed. She’d munch on her favorites and then lie down for a nap, belly round and full. But soon, it became clear that eating too much fruit made her uncomfortable. Her tummy would swell, and she’d look up with big, pleading eyes as if to say, Why does this happen to me?

Of course, no one could be upset with Lala. She didn’t mean to overeat—she just loved fruit so much that she didn’t know when to stop! Watching her, it was both funny and a little sad. On one hand, her chubby little belly made her look like a fluffy balloon, but on the other, it was obvious she needed a little help learning moderation.

Her family decided to gently step in. They started giving her smaller portions, mixing in other foods to balance her meals, and encouraging her to take breaks. At first, Lala wasn’t happy about the change. She would pout and stare at the fruit bowl as if betrayed. But slowly, she began to feel better. The bloating went away, and she could run, play, and nap without discomfort.

Now, Lala still gets her beloved fruits, but in just the right amount. Each bite is savored instead of gobbled, and she has learned that sometimes less truly is more. Her family laughs at her little fruit obsession, but they also love seeing her healthy and happy.

In the end, Lala’s story is a sweet reminder: even the things we love the most are best enjoyed in moderation. 🍎🍌🍉
