It was an ordinary morning for little Monkey Lyly—she was playing with her toys, munching on bananas, and humming her favorite song. Nothing seemed out of the usual, until her mom called her over with a big smile on her face. “Lyly, I have a surprise for you,” she said, covering Lyly’s eyes gently.
Lyly giggled with excitement, her little tail swaying from side to side. “What is it, Mom? Is it snacks? Is it a new toy?”
Her mom carefully led her into the backyard, where a huge surprise was waiting. When she uncovered Lyly’s eyes, the little monkey gasped. Right in front of her was a super big bathtub, filled with warm water, floating toys, and bubbles! It sparkled under the morning sun like a dream.
Lyly’s eyes grew wide, and her excitement burst out in a happy scream. “It’s all for me?!”
“Yes, Lyly,” her mom laughed. “You’ve been such a good girl lately, and I thought you deserved something special.”
Without wasting a second, Lyly jumped in with a splash! Water flew everywhere as she giggled and splashed around, chasing rubber duckies and popping bubbles with her tiny fingers. She even made a bubble crown for her head and laughed as it slid down into the water.
Her mom sat nearby, watching with love and joy. It was a simple gift, but to Lyly, it felt like the best day ever. She soaked, played, and even sang her favorite bath-time song at the top of her lungs.
“Thank you, Mama! This is the best surprise ever!” Lyly squealed as she floated on her back, completely relaxed.
