It was supposed to be a calm feeding timeā¦ but then came the spilled milk disaster! š«£ Our tiny trioāLulu, Luna, and Chocoāwere more than ready for their afternoon meal. The moment they saw the milk bottle, chaos broke out! But no one was more dramatic (and determined) than little Lulu.
As I sat down to prepare their feeding, Lulu was already climbing my leg, meowing at full volume like she hadn’t eaten in days. She has this squeaky little cry that sounds like a baby bird demanding food! The bottle was warm, the kittens were hungry, and thenāoops! I knocked over the bottle. Milk everywhere. On the blanket. On my jeans. Even on Lulu’s tail!
But did that stop her? Not a chance.
While Luna and Choco stood frozen for a moment in surprise, Lulu went into action mode. She started licking the spilled milk right off the blanket, not wasting a single drop. Her tiny tongue worked overtime while the others slowly caught on. It turned into the cutest little clean-up crew ever.
Eventually, I got the second bottle ready, and this time I held it tight. The real struggle began. Three little mouths, one bottleāand Lulu trying to push everyone else out of the way. She latched on like a pro, eyes half-closed in bliss, front paws kneading like she was in kitten heaven.
Choco kept trying to sneak in a sip while Luna waited patientlyābut Lulu? Nope. She wasnāt letting go. I had to gently guide her off so her siblings could have a turn. She gave me the grumpiest little squeak like Iād just ruined her life.
By the end, all three kittens were full, warm, and sleepy. Lulu fell asleep in my palm, milk still on her whiskers, her belly round like a drum.
Spilled milk? No problem. With Lulu around, not a drop goes to waste. š¼ā¤ļøš±
