It was a bright and breezy afternoon at the farm, and little Bon was having the time of his life. While Lala was busy helping gather vegetables, Bon snuck off behind the chicken coop, where he discovered a giant patch of freshly turned soil. Without a second thought, he dove in—rolling, jumping, and digging like a happy little explorer. Within minutes, Bon was completely covered in dirt from head to toe, his fur turned almost unrecognizable!
When Lala came looking for him and saw the muddy mess, her eyes widened. “Bon! What have you done?” she gasped, trying to hold back a laugh. Bon just looked up at her with a guilty grin and gave a happy squeal. Clearly, he had no regrets about his little farm adventure.
But Lala, being the smart and responsible one, knew it was time for cleanup. She gently took Bon’s hand and led him back to the outdoor washing area. With a bucket of warm water, a soft sponge, and a bottle of gentle soap, Lala got to work. She hummed a cheerful tune as she scrubbed away the mud, making sure to be gentle and playful so Bon wouldn’t get scared.
Bon, at first fussy, soon relaxed under Lala’s careful touch. He splashed a little, giggled, and even helped rinse his feet. The bath became a fun bonding moment, full of bubbles, laughter, and sweet sibling love.
By the end of the wash, Bon was sparkling clean and smelled like fresh lemons. Lala wrapped him in a fluffy towel and gave him a proud smile. “Now you’re good as new,” she said, patting his head.
Their mother, watching from the porch, couldn’t help but laugh at the whole scene. “Lala, you’re growing up to be such a thoughtful big sister,” she said warmly.
Lala just grinned. Taking care of Bon wasn’t always easy, but moments like this made it all worth it.
