Cubis the monkey is no ordinary little guy—he’s clever, mischievous, and has a serious love for YouTube videos. But when screen time is limited by Dad, Cubis has his own sneaky plan to get around the rules!
It all started one quiet afternoon. Dad was busy tidying up the living room and thought Cubis was playing with his toys. But something wasn’t right. The house was a bit too quiet. That’s when Dad noticed the bathroom door was slightly ajar. Curious, he peeked in—and what did he find?
There, perched on a little stool behind the bathroom door, was Cubis! He had snuck in with a blanket, his favorite stuffed banana toy, and—of course—Mom’s phone. The sneaky little monkey had figured out how to unlock the phone and was completely immersed in his favorite YouTube cartoon series, giggling softly and completely unaware he’d been caught.
Dad couldn’t help but laugh. Cubis looked up with wide, innocent eyes as if to say, “I wasn’t doing anything!” But the screen still lit up with dancing cartoon characters, and his little paws clutched the phone like a treasure.
“You little rascal!” Dad said with a smile, scooping Cubis up. Of course, Cubis tried to negotiate for just five more minutes, chattering and hugging the phone tightly. But Dad reminded him that sneaky bathroom YouTube marathons weren’t part of the house rules.
Later, Cubis sat on Dad’s lap while they watched one short video together—this time with permission. Though his plan didn’t work out exactly how he wanted, Cubis didn’t mind. He got a cuddle and some screen time after all.
It’s just another day of playful tricks in the life of Cubis, the monkey who knows how to outsmart even Dad… at least, for a little while!
