It was a cozy afternoon, and little Bibi’s tummy was rumbling louder than ever. She wandered into the kitchen, drawn by the warm, savory smell of something cooking. There, standing by the stove, was her favorite—Uncle Phong—humming cheerfully as he stirred a pot of steaming instant noodles.
“Are you making noodles?” Bibi asked with wide eyes, sniffing the air.
Uncle Phong smiled and nodded. “Your favorite flavor, too—chicken!” he said with a wink.
Bibi clapped her hands in delight and quickly took a seat at the table. She loved spending time with Uncle Phong. He always made the simplest meals feel like a celebration. As the noodles boiled, he added a few special touches: a cracked egg, fresh green onions, and even a little sprinkle of sesame seeds.
