It was a bright and playful morning when Poki the monkey was having the time of his life. He had been jumping, running, and giggling all over the garden, completely lost in the fun. Pupu, his curious and slightly older monkey friend, was nearby watching and cheering him on. The two had planned a day full of games and fruit snacks, and nothing could ruin their mood—at least, that’s what Poki thought.
In the middle of a thrilling game of tag, Poki suddenly froze. His eyes widened, and he stood awkwardly still. Before he could say a word or make a move toward the bathroom, it happened—oops! A warm little puddle began to form beneath him. Poki had peed himself right in the middle of the yard!
Pupu, noticing Poki’s strange behavior, turned around just in time to see everything. Her mouth dropped open in surprise. For a moment, there was silence. Poki’s cheeks turned bright red, and he looked down in embarrassment, not sure what to do. Would Pupu laugh at him?
But to his surprise, Pupu didn’t tease or scold him. Instead, she hurried over and gently said, “It’s okay, Poki! Accidents happen sometimes.” Her kind words made Poki feel a little better. She even helped him call for their caretaker, who quickly came over, cleaned him up, and gave him a fresh change of clothes.
After that, Pupu made sure to cheer Poki up with some funny dance moves and silly jokes. Soon enough, Poki was smiling again, joining in on the laughter. The accident was quickly forgotten, replaced by more games and happy memories.
From that day on, Poki remembered to take bathroom breaks before playing too hard, and he also learned how kind and understanding true friends can be—even when things get a little messy!
