Bibi Suddenly Went Out to Play Alone, Making His Mom Worried and Go Looking for Him

One sunny afternoon, little monkey Bibi woke up from his nap full of energy and curiosity. Without telling anyone, he quietly slipped out of the house and wandered off to explore the garden nearby. The world outside was bright, filled with butterflies, flowers, and the sound of chirping birds. For Bibi, it was the perfect adventure. But he had no idea that his sudden disappearance would leave his mom in a panic.

Back at home, Bibi’s mom was finishing up preparing lunch when she noticed the silence. Normally, Bibi would be nearby, chattering or climbing something. But now the house felt too quiet. She called out his name, looked around every corner, and even checked under the bed—no Bibi. Her heart began to race. Where could he have gone?

Without wasting a second, she rushed out and started searching around the house and down the path. “Bibi! Bibi!” she called, her voice filled with worry. She asked the neighbors if they had seen a small monkey running by. Some hadn’t, but one pointed toward the garden.

Meanwhile, Bibi was completely unaware of the trouble he had caused. He was busy chasing a butterfly through the tall grass and trying to balance on a small branch like a tightrope walker. When he finally looked up and realized he was far from home, a bit of fear crept into his heart.

Suddenly, he heard his mother’s voice calling out to him. “Mama!” he cried and ran toward her. She scooped him up in her arms, holding him tightly. Relief washed over her face, but so did a little scolding.

“Bibi, you must never go out alone again without telling me! I was so worried!”

Bibi nodded, his little eyes wide with understanding. From that day on, he promised to never wander off alone again. And his mom never let him out of her sight for long.
