Lala is curious and finds a way to split the coconut to enjoy!

Lala the little monkey has always been full of curiosity, and today was no exception. As the sun peeked through the trees and the birds sang their morning songs, Lala stumbled upon something round, hairy, and hard—an untouched coconut lying on the forest floor.

She sniffed it, tapped on it with her tiny fingers, and even tried biting it, but the coconut wouldn’t budge. “Hmm,” Lala thought, tilting her head, “How do I get inside this delicious-looking thing?”

Determined, Lala carried the coconut over to a flat rock. She remembered seeing the older monkeys crack nuts by hitting them, so she gave it a try. She lifted the coconut high above her head and dropped it. Thunk! Nothing happened. She tried again—this time with a little more force. Thunk! Still nothing.

Frustrated but not ready to give up, Lala tried another idea. She rolled the coconut over to a bigger rock with a sharp edge and pushed it down hard. Crack! A tiny split appeared! Her eyes lit up with excitement. She squealed with joy and did a little happy dance.

With renewed energy, she kept working at the crack, tapping and twisting the coconut against the rock. Slowly, bit by bit, it opened up. Coconut water spilled out, and the soft white meat was revealed. Lala dipped her fingers into the coconut and tasted it—sweet and refreshing!

She sat under the shade, happily munching on her well-earned treat. A few other monkeys nearby watched in amazement as Lala proudly shared pieces of the coconut with them.

Today, Lala didn’t just enjoy a snack—she proved that with a curious mind and a little determination, even the toughest nut can be cracked. What a clever girl!
