From the moment the sun peeked through the window, Lala already knew it was going to be a long and lively day. After breakfast, it was bath time. This turned out to be the most challenging part of the day. The afternoon was all about playtime. Lala threw small toys, watched the puppies chase each other in circles, and rescued a slipper that nearly became a chew toy. When the puppies finally tired themselves out, they curled up together for a nap, their bellies full and their eyes heavy. As evening came, Lala cleaned up the room and checked on each puppy one last time. Though she was exhausted, her heart felt full.
